Important Notice: By registering on the m365 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between m365 ("Platform", "we", "our") and you ("User", "Member", "you"). m365 is an online sports betting and casino platform that provides services entirely in Bengali for adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms may be updated at any time; when changes are made, we will update the revised date on this page and will endeavor to notify members of significant changes.

Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old to participate on the m365 platform. Opening or operating an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. We may request documents for age verification at any time and reserve the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.

1.2 One Account Only

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person or household, m365 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and close all such accounts.

1.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed at any time and any funds in the account being forfeited.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

m365 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transfers through any method other than these are not accepted.

2.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

2.3 Source of Funds

You may only deposit your own legally obtained funds into your m365 account. Using another person's account or a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited. The platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

2.4 Withdrawal Process

Your account must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request. m365 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request for identity verification, fraud prevention, or security reasons. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take additional time.

Note: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. We do not support direct bank transfers; all transactions are completed through mobile wallets.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus.

Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in wagers before withdrawal.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus benefits through multiple accounts, use of a VPN, coordinated betting for bonus hunting, or any other such strategy will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended or closed.

3.4 Promotion Changes

m365 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion without notice. Each promotion will have its own applicable terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

Gaming & Betting Rules

4.1 Fair Play

m365 is a safe and reliable platform. All games are operated following fair play principles. Any attempt to rig or manipulate game outcomes in any way is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Technical Errors

Game results may be voided or changed due to technical errors related to software, hardware, or the network. In such cases, we will endeavor to refund the affected bets. However, m365's liability for any claims arising from technical errors is limited.

4.3 Sports Betting

Sports bets will be settled according to the published odds and rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. m365 reserves the right to accept new bets or change bet amounts on live events.

4.4 Suspicious Activity

If m365 believes a member is attempting to gain an advantage through cheating, use of bots, match fixing, or any other dishonest means, the account may be immediately suspended, bets cancelled, and winnings forfeited.

VIP Loyalty Program

m365's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Cashback amounts are automatically added to your account each week. m365 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel VIP benefits.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

m365 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gambling is a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.

6.1 Age Verification & Restrictions

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Opening or operating an account for a minor is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.2 Suspension or Closure by m365

m365 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

Violation of the terms and conditions

Attempting to cheat or commit fraud
Bonus abuse
Suspected money laundering
Confirmed to be a minor

If an account is closed for any of the above reasons, funds in the account may be forfeited.

11.1 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the primary and authoritative version. In the event of any conflict with a translation in any other language, the Bengali version will prevail.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Changes to Terms

m365 may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform will be considered as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between m365 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
